Payment Options — Prearranged and Prepaid
Choose an online payment link or e-transfer when arranging your reservation. Dispatch will provide payment instructions after confirming your trip details and fare. Complete the requested payment and retain your booking confirmation and receipt.
Review Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 20 hours before pickup to qualify for a refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable. Approved refunds are subject to transaction fees and service charges, with a maximum of 80% of the actual fare refundable. Taxes and tips are non-refundable. Refund processing takes 10–30 business days.
